Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
• Conduct clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, letters and preparing documents.
• Keep stock of office supplies.
• Create and update records of personnel and other company related data.
• Schedule meeting and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
